Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

Samsung has revealed through his Facebook page that Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android the tablets with 10.1-inch screen the latest to be released have been using Honeycomb Android version 3.1 will now release in the United States. Information product pages on the site in the U.S. also has been updated to reflect this. However, these tablets will not be marketed with the standard version of OS Honeycomb but the version that already faces made by Samsung by adding TouchWiz and L! vepanel.



Galaxy Tab will be version 1.10, revision is more slim than the version that had been exhibited Samsung at the end of March 2011 and which is a direct response to the launch of the Apple iPad 2. The first version of the Galaxy 10.1 Tab is shown at the Mobile World Congress in February 2011 and is thinner than the original IPAD with a thickness of 10.9mm.

This MkII version that will be marketed to the U.S. is now slightly thinner than the iPad 2 with a thickness of only 8.6mm. Users who have purchased the Galaxy Tab Limited Edition 10.1, which is the first generation devices, will get an update to the Android 3.1 in the coming weeks.
